Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms and social media channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong creative and analytical skills, experienced in driving measurable results through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns tailored to e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
- Focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and increasing e-commerce sales.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, monitor spending, and track ROAS to ensure cost-efficient campaign execution and profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Test new ad formats, targeting techniques, and creative approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Work closely with product management, customer support, and other teams to deliver a seamless and engaging customer journey across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns on e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Strong background in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for advanced e-commerce tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to interpret data and make informed, results-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, and other e-commerce tracking tools.
- Familiarity with SEO , email marketing tools like Klaviyo , and content marketing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
