About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and maximizing ROI across multiple digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues such as crawl errors, site speed, and indexing.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Google Ads Management :
  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for better ROI.
  • Social Media Advertising :
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Target specific audiences using advanced audience segmentation techniques.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and refine strategies for higher conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting :
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to align campaigns with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Proficiency in managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for on-page SEO optimizations.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copies and optimize landing pages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience in content marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms.
