We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Manager - Credit Control in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • 8+ years of experience handling credit management and Collections.
  • Responsible for all revenue invoicing and billing. Ensure quality, accuracy and
  • completeness of invoices to be raised.
  • Reconcile Order bookings with Billed revenue on a monthly basis. Maintain and track
  • the monthly difference, highlight variances from the trend if any.
  • Own and manage the accounts receivable process by tracking the invoicing of
  • customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Track and analyze customer payment patterns by identifying areas where improvements
  • can be made to increase cash flow.
  • Keep customers up to date on their accounts by sending them statements, reconcile the
  • outstanding, and send them reminders to pay.
  • Keep sales team members up to date on their accounts by sending them outstanding
  • statements for their relevant customers and reconcile this .
  • Responsible to collect all revenues due to the company by tracking and following up
  • outstanding payments.
  • Ensure clients pay on time and collect past-due date payments by implementing
  • the accounts receivable policy.
  • Ensure all customers availing credit are bound by legal documentation to the pay the
  • Company in a timely manner. Where such documentation is not available, work with
  • relevant teams (legal, sales etc.) to get the requisite documentation in place.
  • Ensures payments are made accurately by monitoring the billing and collections
  • processes.
  • Identifies and mitigates risk through credit control policies on existing, new and
  • prospective clients.
  • Liaise with sales team to resolve any and all billing and invoicing related issues.
  • Oversee the daily operational tasks of the credit and collections team and make
  • suggestions to the FST team on techniques to incentivize customers to make timely
  • payments.
  • Monitor daily cash inflows by tracking invoices, deposits, and any payment collection
  • correspondence.
  • Provide accounts receivable reports to the relevant departments by compiling accounts
  • receivable activities, including ageing reports, cash forecasts, and collections analysis.
  • Ensure the company remains compliant with statutory requirements by keeping up with
  • industry and legislative changes and enforcing them.
  • Manage the accounts receivable team by training and mentoring them.



Educational Qualification:

Masters in Business Administrations or relevant studies.
