Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of electronic financial transaction switching products to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Research, learn, implement, and adapt changes in self-service terminals, high-security modules, payment cards, digital wallets, etc., to benefit customers.
• Actively engage in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Search, identify, and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, or RFQs for supported products and services.
• Participate in RFPs, RFIs, or RFQs responses/discussions.
• Exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular and periodic meetings with prospects and customers.
• Proactively brainstorm or conduct innovation workshops with customers and prospects.
• Document, record, and track meetings with customers and prospects.
• Act as the solution provider and single point of escalation for any customer concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored Fintech solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Provide content for creation of targeted Demos and Presentations for prospective clients.
• Ensure required participation of all stakeholders in demos and requirements discussions with prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Renew and negotiate service level agreements with customers and prospects.
• Discuss, negotiate, and confirm the cost, terms, and conditions for product or service delivery.
• Track account receivables.
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
• Report on factors that shift tactical budgets, plans, and the strategic direction of accounts.
• Analyse requirements and create Functional Specifications.
• Assist with the definition of Process flows, User Interface, and Reports based on requirements.
• Review and provide functional and domain-related inputs to relevant stakeholders for the creation of Business Scenarios, Test scenarios, and Test cases.
Skills Required:
• Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven sales executive experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency, experience, and understanding of basic computing, networking, programming, database, system architecture, web design, etc.
• Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunication, Transportation, and other related sectors.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
• Proven ability to position products against competitors.
• Demonstrated experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
