Qualifications and Skills Proven ability in lead generation to identify and pursue potential business opportunities in the interior design market. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and ensure profitable outcomes for both company and client. Experience in cold calling to establish initial contact and build rapport with new clients. Competence in sales forecasting for predicting future sales and revenue growth accurately. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients in a digital space. Account management expertise to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction. Ability to work autonomously, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and team members professionally. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in the interior design sector. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals, manage sales agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and timeframes. Participate in industry events and conferences to build a professional network and promote the company's brand. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and create regular reports for management review.
