Job Title: Education Consultant

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in technical program sales or software selling is a strong plus
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, experience in academic sales

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development

  2. Visit colleges and universities for collaborations, demos, and lead generation

  3. Tele-Counseling

  4. Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students

  5. Address queries and provide accurate program and admission-related information

  6. Student Engagement

  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing students

  8. Ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction

  9. Admission Guidance

  10. Guide students on course offerings, eligibility, scholarships, and financial aid

  11. Assist in career planning based on the course relevance

  12. Documentation

  13. Help students complete application forms and other documentation accurately and

promptly

  1. Follow-Up

  2. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure students progress through the admission

process smoothly

  1. Data Management

  2. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system

  3. Reporting

  4. Provide regular reports on activities, conversion rates, and challenges to the

management

  1. Professional Development

  2. Stay updated with industry trends, admissions policies, and institutional updates to

ensure correct and timely information delivery
