We are hiring a Senior Client Servicing Executive at Monk Entertainment


This role involves end-to-end project management, client coordination, communication, and vendor management

You will get the opportunity to build content-driven and Influencer Marketing projects from the ground up and execute them for brands across different business categories.


Responsibilities and Duties:


o Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

o Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and brands.

o Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users

o Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

o Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

o Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

o Establishing innovative methods of maximizing brand awareness and user acquisitions for brand campaigns

o Build relationships with vendors, clients, agencies and production studios

o Build Execution workflow, robust project plans, Communication SOPs, processes and systems for scaling up the quality and quantity of the execution

o Solve communication gaps and stringent timelines with better resource allocation and project trackers


Requirements:-


o Bachelor’s degree in Media or Marketing

o Proficiency in email communication, Excel, and PowerPoint

o Excellent Organizational and management skills

o Proven track record in client service/end-to-end project management

o Conflict-Resolution skills

o Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

o Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills


Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience
