Job Title: Truck Placement Officer / Truck Placement Lead

Location: Chennai - Madhavaram

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Commercial Trucks Placement

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for placement of commercial trucks for goods movement as per company/ client requirements.
  • Identify and engage with truck owners, brokers, and transporters to ensure timely truck availability.
  • Negotiate freight rates with truck owners to achieve cost-effective pricing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with transporters and ensure smooth operations.
  • Track truck movement and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues related to trucks and drivers.
  • Prior experience in truck placement & price negotiation roles.
  • Strong network of truck owners and transport brokers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of truck routes, freight charges, and market trends.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet placement deadlines.
