To support our growing operations, we are looking for an experienced Liasoning Manager with a strong background in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all statutory approvals, permits, and clearances related to solar projects (rooftop/ground-mounted).
  • Liaise with DISCOMs other regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with state and central government solar policies, MNRE guidelines, and subsidy schemes.
  • Coordinate with internal project, engineering, and execution teams to ensure timely documentation and approvals.
  • Manage net metering, CEIG, and open access approvals wherever applicable.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Track regulatory updates and advise management on compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Law, or related field).
  • 3–6 years of experience in liasoning roles, with at least 2 years in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar policies, DISCOM processes, and statutory approvals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections and meetings with authorities.
