Job Summary:The role involves overseeing the infrastructure setup for branch operations, ensuring timely and compliant branch openings, and maintaining adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to provide an efficient, compliant, and well-structured operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:Plan and execute the setup of new branch infrastructure, including procurement, vendor management, and logistical support.Ensure branches are equipped with essential facilities like IT systems, security, and office supplies.Coordinate with the corporate office for layout design, furnishing, and branding.

Branch Opening Coordination:Manage the end-to-end process of opening new branches, ensuring adherence to timelines and organizational protocols.Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution of branch setups.Conduct site feasibility studies and finalize branch locations based on business requirements.

Compliance Management:Ensure that all branches meet regulatory requirements, including licenses, approvals, and certifications.Monitor adherence to safety and security protocols, including fire safety and IT security measures.Maintain compliance records and provide reports to management and auditors.Conduct periodic branch audits to ensure operational and regulatory adherence.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with operations, finance, and IT teams to align infrastructure and compliance goals.Act as a liaison between branch management and corporate teams for infrastructure and compliance needs.

Key Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of branch operations and infrastructure setup.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for banking/financial services branches.Excellent project management skills, with a focus on timelines and quality.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiation.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
