  • Addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as updating reservation systems.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
