JobOverview: As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Empasysyou will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in therecruitment and talent acquisition process. Under the guidance ofour experienced TA and HR team you will support various aspects ofthe recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates toassisting with onboarding activities. This internship offers avaluable opportunity to develop essential skills in talentacquisition and human resources while contributing to our missionof attracting and retaining toptalent.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidatesthrough online channels job boards social media and otherrecruitment platforms.
  • Review resumes andapplications conduct initial screenings and coordinate candidateinterviews.
  • Support the scheduling ofinterviews communicate with candidates regarding interview detailsand ensure a positive candidate experience throughout therecruitment process.
  • Assist with referencechecks background screenings and other preemployment verificationprocesses.
  • Collaborate with the HR team tomaintain accurate candidate records and update the applicanttracking system (ATS) with candidate information and statusupdates.
  • Contribute to the development ofrecruitment marketing materials including job descriptions jobpostings and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for newhires including preparing welcome kits coordinating orientationsessions and collecting required documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings training sessionsand other learning opportunities to enhance your understanding oftalent acquisition best practices and HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelors degree in businessadministration or any related field
  • Stronginterest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition HR orrecruitment.
  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented withstrong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant trackingsystems (ATS) is a plus.
