Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Hotel Digital Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating digital content, analyzing online metrics, and coordinating with different departments to enhance customer acquisition and brand presence. The intern will also support website updates, booking engine integrations, and OTA listing optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing Reservations and Receptionist Duties
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
