About the Role:


We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate or inside sales, and will play a key role in driving sales of premium villa projects by connecting with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the home-buying journey.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Call and engage with warm leads provided by the marketing team
  2. Understand customer requirements and recommend the right villa options
  3. Share project details, pricing, approvals, amenities, and floor plans confidently
  4. Build rapport and follow up regularly to nurture leads toward site visits
  5. Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for the client
  6. Maintain CRM with updated client interactions and follow-up statuses
  7. Work towards achieving monthly targets on lead conversion and site visits
  8. Collaborate with the field sales team for closures and customer handholding


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales / telecalling / inside sales
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Confidence, persuasion skills, and a result-driven attitude
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate sales cycle and property documentation is a plus
  • Willingness to work on weekends with a weekly off on a weekday
  • Own vehicle is a plus, but not mandatory
