About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate or inside sales, and will play a key role in driving sales of premium villa projects by connecting with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and engage with warm leads provided by the marketing team
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right villa options
  • Share project details, pricing, approvals, amenities, and floor plans confidently
  • Build rapport and follow up regularly to nurture leads toward site visits
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for the client
  • Maintain CRM with updated client interactions and follow-up statuses
  • Work towards achieving monthly targets on lead conversion and site visits
  • Collaborate with the field sales team for closures and customer handholding

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales / telecalling / inside sales
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Confidence, persuasion skills, and a result-driven attitude
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate sales cycle and property documentation is a plus
  • Willingness to work on weekends with a weekly off on a weekday
  • Own vehicle is a plus, but not mandatory
