Reports To: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant
Contract Type: Short-Term (6 Months)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Executive for a 6-month contractual role to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including AP/AR, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform monthly bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems.
  • Support audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns (GST, TDS, etc. if applicable).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
