Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Chennai for a Sourcing Specialist for Power conversion and storage business unit. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including contract negotiations, procurement for NPI peojects, and analyzing sourcing strategies. Effective communication with internal teams and external vendors is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Sourcing / Procurment
  • Effective Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Experience in Negotiation & Procurement task
  • Supplier / Vendor onboarding experience
  • ERP SAP MM is mandatory
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with energy or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field
