Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Python programming, expertise in either TensorFlow or PyTorch, proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The position will initially be remote for the first three months, with the requirement to transition to an office-based role thereafter.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver scalable ML solutions.
Optimize and fine-tune existing ML models to improve performance and efficiency.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and NLP.
Deploy ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to pre process and prepare data for model training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in machine learning and software development.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with either TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their machine learning services.
Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Please note that the first three months of this position will be remote, after which the candidate will be required to join the office-based team.
