Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specificationsExplore and analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insightsOptimize machine learning models to improve accuracy, performance, and efficiencyMonitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary refinementsStay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ML infrastructureMaintain documentation for models, algorithms, processes, and findingsRequirements3+ years ML research or ML engineering at a venture-backed startup or top technology firmEmbraces rapid prototyping with an emphasis on user feedbackAutonomous and excited about taking ownership of major initiativesExtreme passion for learning, growth, and leadershipBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role in developing and delivering machine learning solutionsStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or JuliaExperience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learnDeep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniquesSolid knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworksFamiliarity with data visualization tools and techniquesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environmentBenefitsCloudHire is a leading remote employee provider that sources top global talent for businesses of all sizes.
