Key Responsibilities:

Bancassurance Partnership:Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner banks to ensure effective collaboration.Drive the implementation of bancassurance strategies to achieve business objectives.Sales and Revenue Generation:Set and achieve sales targets through the bancassurance channel.Implement sales initiatives and campaigns to maximise revenue.Training and Development:Conduct training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products.Provide ongoing support and coaching to bank personnel to improve sales effectiveness.Market Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for growth in the bancassurance channel.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all bancassurance-related activities.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.Prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline1-2 Years experience in in BFSIAge - Max 38 YearsStrong leadership and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
