- Corporate Accounts_
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Bank Relationship Management
- Meeting LCB Branch heads of the partner Banks who handle corporate customers of their region/Zone and their customers
- Target 100+ Cr Accounts or as per Bank's definition of large corporate accounts
- Provide superior Customer experience
- Create a relationship and maintain healthy rapport with Branch heads, Relationship Managers, Regional/Zonal Heads, Corporate Clients, and Key decision makers and convert proposals
- Maintaining Relationship Matrix and Mapping sheet of Corporate Accounts/Clients
- Identify Client segments and tailormake prompt strategies in consultation with the line function.
- Set benchmarks and monitor the progress on a daily basis.
- Provide feedback on Insurance related activities at the ground to Partner Bank's Line supervisors through updates, MIS and regular meetings.
- Weekly review meetings with Regional heads and Monthly business review meeting with Zonal Heads of Partner Banks to discuss coursecorrection if any and way forward.
- Conduct RM Road shows regularly and address them to garner topofthemind recall.
- Convert at least one 50lakh account (nonGMC, GPA) every quarter
- Crosssell to Corporate's Employees
- Plan and strategies with the Actuarial team to provide product features that disincentives surrenders and incentives for long term loyalty.
- Ensuring adequate focus is maintained by the sales team on renewals.
- Maintaining Account wise Insurance Mapping sheet, Client's Bank Business Activity New Sanctions,
- Working with internal cross functional teams to provide Partner Banks Customer, an unparalleled customer experience.
- Monitoring the adherence of agreed TAT in each case becomes a necessity
