About the Role :We are seeking a skilled and innovative R&D Engineer / Materials Scientist to join our team. The role involves developing new sustainable materials using innovative processes and optimizing the production of eco-friendly products. You will lead the research and development efforts to create high-performance materials that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry .
As part of our team, you will work on cutting-edge material technologies, contributing to the advancement of sustainable practices in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :- Material Formulation : Develop new material formulations to meet high standards for strength , durability , and environmental sustainability .
- Process Optimization : Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes for large-scale production of sustainable materials.
- Product Testing : Conduct testing to ensure quality , durability , and compliance with industry standards .
- Innovation : Keep up with advancements in material science and identify opportunities to integrate them into the development process.
- Sustainability Focus : Align the material development process with the company’s environmental and sustainability goals .
- Educational Background : Master’s degree or PHD in Material Science , Chemical Engineering , Civil Engineering , or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials science or R&D , preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry .
- Technical Expertise : Knowledge of material formulations , composite materials , and sustainable production techniques.
