This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activities to support organizational growth and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Talent Acquisition across levels: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.- Drive the full Performance Management Cycle: KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.- Implement and manage employee engagement programs to build a positive and motivated work culture.- Support in attendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes.- Regularly review and update HR policies and SOPs in line with best practices.- Generate and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and reports to support decision-making.- Mentor and guide junior HR team members (if any).- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media, internal communications, and PR coordination.Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee grievance & engagement and performance management.- Good understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and reporting requirements.- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
