We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Store Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting production and site operations. Proficiency in working with ERP systems is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process incoming invoices in the system.
  • Manage Challans for both incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Issue materials required for production activities, coordinating with production teams.
  • Prepare and issue challans for materials sent to various sites.
  • Manage challans related to defective materials for returns or replacements.
  • Maintain organized records and update inventory data regularly using ERP software.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with periodic stock audits.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a store/inventory management role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems for inventory and invoicing management.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.
