Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced performance marketing associate to develop, implement,
and manage our company's digital marketing strategies. As an associate , you will be
responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various
digital channels. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and market trends to adjust
marketing campaigns as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns across
platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn
Ads, and other digital channels.
2. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs like ROAS, CPA,
CTR, and conversion rates.
3. Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to target the most
profitable customer groups.
4. Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to
optimize campaign performance.
5. Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to align paid
strategies with overall marketing objectives.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to
enhance campaign effectiveness.
7. Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
8. Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Proven experience (1+ years) in performance marketing, preferably in an
agency or D2C environment.
2. Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google
Analytics, and data visualization tools.
3. Proficient in using platforms like Shopify or other e-commerce tools.
4. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
5. Knowledge of SEO and basic content marketing principles is a plus.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
