We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure competitive and profitable bids. The role requires a strong background in civil construction, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with estimation tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs for interior works.
  • Estimate costs of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, and finishing works.
  • Source and analyze vendor quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparison sheets.
  • Ensure estimates are aligned with client requirements, design intent, and project budgets.
  • Support project managers and site teams with cost-related inputs during execution.
  • Prepare budget forecasts, track variations, and update cost reports.
  • Assist in tendering, bid submissions, and contract documentation.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, materials, and interior industry trends.

Skill Set & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (civil, carpentry, joinery, MEP integration).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
  • Good understanding of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and specifications used in interiors.
