Key Responsibilities
Community Activation & Engagement

  • Launch and moderate niche micro-communities (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, platform-based).
  • Build and implement a day engagement playbook with weekly themes, polls, spotlights, and challenges.
  • Encourage peer-to-peer conversations and create a safe, vibrant, and inclusive space for members.

Social Media & Content

  • Support social media calendar execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create community-first content: polls, reels, infographics, success stories, AMA snippets.
  • Drive user-generated content by engaging our coach and mentor network.
  • Maintain brand tone: authentic, aspirational, and human.

Measurement & Insights

  • Track social media and community KPIs (reach, engagement, participation).
  • Share weekly insights to improve campaigns and engagement strategies.

Events & Collaborations

  • Assist in planning and promoting webinars, panel discussions, and CXO-led sessions.
  • Manage event promotions, live engagement, and post-event follow-ups (surveys, recaps, content).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, coaching, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in social media, community management, or marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp/LinkedIn groups or online forums.
  • Basic understanding of engagement campaigns, content creation, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, visual).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving team.
  • Passion for leadership, learning, and digital communities.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience in edtech, HR tech, coaching, or professional development.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Trello, HubSpot, or Google Analytics.
  • Confidence in moderating live virtual events (webinars, AMAs).
  • Comfort using AI tools for content and engagement.
