This function ensures alignment of program initiatives with ENNOVI’s strategic goals, performance of robust financial evaluations and an orderly program execution to deliver their intended commercial and financial outcomes.Main Responsibilities Program Governance and Strategic Planning:Develop and implement program controlling governance framework.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.Define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.Align program initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.Monitor program performance and risk management.Maintain documentation of program activities and decisionsBusiness Partnering and Financial Management:Business partnership with program and line management to set realistic financial goals, identify and manage risks and ensure intended financial outcomes are delivered,Develop and manage program budgets;

monitor financial performance against the budget and provide regular financial analysis and forecasts to senior management.Perform product costing validation and investment returns evaluation.Liaise with senior executives and stakeholders to communicate program status and outcomes, make recommendations and address stakeholder concerns.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination, including vis a vis program management, engineering, supply chain, finance, and production operations.Resource Management and Performance Monitoring:Oversee asset and resource allocation and utilization across programs.Implement metrics and KPIs to measure program success.Conduct regular program reviews and audits, drive continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare detailed program post-production profitability and investment return analysis with a view of improving program governance, execution, and outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field. A Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in a global role.Program controlling experience in an automotive manufacturing industry will be plus.Cross-functional working experienceMust have a business acumen and product costing understanding.Advanced skills in Excel, and other MS Office products.Project management knowledge/certification will be a plus.Open-minded, enthusiastic, and flexible.Capable to work under a great pressure environment.Flexible to adapt different time zones globally.
