The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. With a minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates. Implement and maintain an effective performance management system, including performance appraisals, coaching, and feedback. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and other activities to enhance employee morale and satisfaction. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR-related documentation and records. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Proficient in HR software and systems.
