Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Travel Consultant, located in Kochi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating travel plans and arrangements, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to determine their travel needs, making travel arrangements, reserving accommodations, and handling any en-route changes or issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is beneficial
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is a plus
  • Malayalam Speaking candidate
