Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer (Senior Level) with 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. Candidates with prior exposure to the travel domain (GDS, NDC APIs, Flight/Hotel/Car booking systems) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework.

Integrate Travel APIs (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, NDC, etc.) and other third-party services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Work with SQL Server and optimize queries, stored procedures, and database design.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and travel tech trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API / C#.

Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.

Experience with SQL Server (2016 or above) including query optimization.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP-based integrations.

Experience with Version Control (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred (Travel Domain Experience)

Hands-on experience with Travel APIs (GDS, Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, NDC, etc.).

Understanding of PNR, ticketing, fare rules, and booking flows.

Experience in building B2B/B2C travel portals.
