Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our legal team immediately. This role is perfect for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is eager to contribute to our company's continued growth and success.

Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management & Compliance

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including vendor agreements, client contracts, licensing agreements, and partnership deals
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies
• Maintain contract databases and manage contract lifecycle processes
• Provide legal support for contract implementation and execution

Corporate Law & Governance

• Handle corporate governance matters including board resolutions, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements
• Assist with corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Support subsidiary management and inter-company agreements

Technology & Fintech Legal Support

• Provide legal guidance on technology-related matters including data privacy, intellectual property, and software licensing
• Navigate regulatory requirements specific to fintech and NBFC operations
• Support product launches and business expansion initiatives from a legal perspective
• Handle regulatory compliance across India, Singapore, and Philippines markets

General Legal Affairs

• Provide legal advice and support to various business functions
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and service providers
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation management when required
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments

Required QualificationsEssential Requirements

• Experience
  : Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law with technology firms or NBFCs
• Education
  : LLB/LLM from a recognized law school
• Expertise
  : Strong knowledge of contract management, implementation, and basic corporate law
• Availability
  : Must be able to join immediately

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation
• Understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of technology and fintech regulatory landscape
• Familiarity with cross-border legal and regulatory frameworks
