About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to lead traceable, end-to-end solutionsacross real-world JS problems. You'll work in a custom IDE environment to build and test code,while capturing your development workflow and thought process. These detailed traces willdirectly contribute to the training of AI systems that can understand and generate JavaScriptcode with expert-level reasoning.Key Responsibilities● Solve complex JavaScript challenges involving asynchronous behavior, data flow, DOMinteraction, and module design● Implement high-quality unit and integration tests using modern JavaScript testingframeworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Vitest)● Use specialized IDE tools (e.g., custom VSCode extensions) to capture completedevelopment traces and reasoning paths● Document coding workflows and decision points with detailed commentary and technicalclarity● Ensure solutions are complete, testable, performant, and maintainable according tomodern best practices● Quickly analyze and comprehend unfamiliar JavaScript projects and codebases acrossvaried domainsRequired Qualifications● 7+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, with deepunderstanding of modern ES6+ features● Proficiency with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and/or forbackend development● Experience with JavaScript testing tools and test-driven development practices● Advanced use of Visual Studio Code (VSCode), including working with trace capture orcustom development extensions● Strong written communication skills, especially in articulating reasoning, debuggingsteps, and architectural decisions● Familiarity with modern development workflows, module systems, and packagemanagers (e.g., npm, yarn)● English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native levelPreferred Qualifications● Experience in creating AI/ML training data or contributing to reinforcement learning fromhuman feedback (RLHF) pipelines● Contributions to open-source JavaScript projects or active involvement in developercommunities● Knowledge of annotation platforms, structured QA processes, or data labeling workflows● Familiarity with TypeScript, as well as transpilation and bundling tools (Webpack, Babel)● Exposure to browser automation, performance optimization, or devtool scripting (e.g.,Puppeteer, Playwright)Why Join Us?Be part of a team that's shaping how AI systems learn to code.
