Job Title: Institutional Sales Manager
Department: Institutional Cleaning Products
Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Responsibilities:
1)New Account Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients within the institutional cleaning products sector.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new accounts.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
2)Revenue Generation:
Achieve sales targets and objectives by converting leads into paying customers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
3)Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns to maintain long-term partnerships.
4)Market Insights and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the institutional cleaning products industry will be a added advantage.
- Strong understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and solutions used in institutional settings.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
