Ensure ageing standards are followed and the stock turns are maintained as per company policy.-
Damage control and shrinkage levels are maintained in terms of manufacturing defects, customer returns, on the floor damages and transit damages and reports are communicated to the management from time to time.-
Ensure the correct procedures in terms of STS, WRN, SRN, and SDN are followed, and records are maintained and documented.-
Monitor the discount with respect to selling of damage pcs and necessary approvals taken.SRN Management and Backroom standards are maintained.-
Best buys/ promotional products are given preference and managed as per the policy.-
New Shipment details / arrivals / CPS are updated and communicated to sales staff and stock requisition regularlyExhibit and promote high standards of internal customer care.-
To give proper feedback about the new coming items.-
100% of Sales NOT & Margin% achievement of the region + department (Handled by specific CMA)-
Check NOD of departments and Store overall and compare against guidelines. Highlight aberrations and actively seeks solutions from Store/ Ops team and Planners and followup to ensure closure-
Track Ageing and keep it under budgeted norm within region. Check on calls & ensure ageing stock is properly highlighted by stores with right offers and seek offer correction basis reponse-
Ensure 100% Availability in store against RDC stocks by checking ARS functioning and do manual intervention as exception with proper safegurds to avoid excess buildup. No SKU to be above Max. Get solution for gaps from planning and give solutions to stores.Work with store team to create schedule & space for New launches. New season range launch from RDC to Stores within 24 hours. Regular follow ups with Warehouse for clearance.-
Maintain optimal RDC cover in coordination with HO Planner.-
Set up monthly review with Regional team to review/anaylse store-wise range assortment & sales plans in line with cluster/regional merchandising team. MOM to be prepared with POA i.E Min-Max & Plotting changes. Broken range to be consolidated in performing store which will increase productivity-
Visit stores 3 days a week to identify current & potential issues and work with CMAs to ensure timely action to correct/ prevent the same-
Have a fortnightly meeting with HO Planners to discuss availability, inward visibility and other merchandising related issues. On Quarterly basis, share product features, quality and price feedback to Buyers & Planners for corrections of ranges in future.-
Review Plano performance and suggest increase/reduction of versions and replacement of Planos-
Work on Category placement and area corrections basis performance and potential and share with HO Planners/ Buyers twice an year to incorporate in future TOP sheets.-
Attend atleast 2 Training program in an year to develop merchandising, Data Analytics and Soft skills.Interested candidates can share their resumes at
