The role of the AVP/VP role is to be the day-to-day overseer on media issues for assigned brands, including accurate budget control and flow of media activity. The role will require to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of clients’ business and apply media understanding accordingly, to help deliver against the clients’ needs/objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage day-to-day client interactions for campaign executionResponsible for understanding client’s marketing objectives/goals and agency deliverablesShould have the ability to contribute to key strategic recommendations based on client’s brief and challengesShould have the capability to design integrated 360-degree campaignsShould be enthusiast in data mining to arrive at media platform and innovationsDay-to-day liaison with clients on Campaign updates / optimization / deliveryResponsible for contributing ideas to grow the client’s businessPro-actively providing the clients marketing plans with the greatest amount of value-adDevelops comprehensive agendas for weekly client planning/status meetings.Format and prepare weekly performance reports for clientsTrack, analyze and summarize program results and progressIdentify incremental business opportunitiesProvide clients with budgetary updatesResearch and prepare materials for client presentations and engagementsOversee management of Ad campaigns as required across various ad platformsMonitor progress of campaigns using various reporting toolsPerform account/campaign hygiene & performance checksOversee financial discipline of the accounts handledPROFILE REQUIREMENTS:12+ years of agency experiencePost Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Communication Results-driven professionalData interpretation and a good presenterStrong Business AcumenStrategic Thinker with an aggressive attitude towards implementing new Strategies & processesPREFERRED SKILLS:Excellent research and analytical thinking skillsExperience in Tools - GWI, TGI, Reach planner, Market intelligence, Similar Web, Comm score,Strong presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior Experience in handling large Client accounts Strong time management and speed of deliveryStrong Negotiation skillsStrong relationships in the Industry About Havas Media Network India Havas Media Network India is a media conglomerate that operates within a global framework – Mx – to drive Media Experiences and invest in Meaningful Media to build Meaningful Brands.
