Full-Time | Performance Marketing Expert

Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for performance and a knack for conversions?

FFACE is looking for a Digital Ads Specialist who can take our campaigns to the next level across Meta, Google, Amazon , and other major e-commerce platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns , from keyword strategy to execution and ROI analysis.
  • Deliver in-depth performance marketing campaigns that are data-led, ROI-focused, and tailored to business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results—drive continual performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to align messaging with performance goals.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and e-commerce ad trends.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience running high-converting ad campaigns across major platforms.
  • Proven track record in delivering result-oriented campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, retargeting, and funnel strategies .
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central Ads , and other key ad platforms.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization , and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Industry-savvy with a strategic mindset and a hunger for results.

Bonus If You:

  • Have experience in e-commerce performance campaigns .
  • Are certified in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Amazon DSP.
  • Have experience working in a high-growth or agency environment.
