Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations including data entry, record management, and documentation.
  • Perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to support management decisions.
  • Work with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records and data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate information.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, business reports, and trackers.
  • Support management in process automation and efficiency improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot tables, charts, macros preferred).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy in data handling.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business/Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in back-office operations/MIS/Data Management.
  • Certification in MS Excel will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
