Job Timing: US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
Job Location: Permanent Remote
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Delivery Team and identify new demands. Also, work on all project execution-related operational matters, including but not limited to invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises for new deals/amendments, timesheet management, HWF/TWF/WF Management, etc.- Execute processes to ensure SOWs, amendments, etc. are thorough and error-free.- Review incoming contract /SOW review requests for completeness and accuracy.- Work with other stakeholders including risk management, legal, Strategic sourcing, and various internal teams to ensure exceptions to the standard terms are thoroughly reviewed and approved before contract approval.- Work with the sales team to document requirements for creating statements of works and PowerPoint presentations that meet our branding style, format, and color scheme.- Knowledge of modern tools for creating good visual representation in PowerPoint decks for effectively communicating information to multiple audiences
Must haves:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel)- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Excellent communication and time management skills.
