This role requires relationship-building, pitching, and revenue-focused operations.Key Responsibilities Identify potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities.Pitch BFC events, formats, and audience value propositions.Handle outreach, follow-ups, and negotiation.Maintain a pipeline of leads, proposals, and ongoing discussions.Coordinate sponsor deliverables with internal teams (design, programming, ops).Manage sponsorship execution during events.Maintain strong partner relationships and explore repeat collaborations.Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in partnerships, sales, sponsorships, or BD.Must be a Mumbai resident.Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.Ability to meet targets and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, founders, and brands.Company DescriptionBombay Founders' Club is a members-only community exclusively for founders based in Mumbai.
