Role: Associate Director/Lead/SSE Exp-3+ years Skills: Java/Nodejs/Python Location-Mumbai About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our engineering team across three critical technology tracks: Node.js + React + AWS and Node.js + Python + AWS, and Node.js + AWS. In this leadership position, you will drive the strategic direction, technical excellence, and operational execution of our product and platform development efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability in a cloud-first environment. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend services and APIs. Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to gather and implement requirements. Design and implement cloud-native solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and best practices. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues. Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless deployments. Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and recommend improvements. Qualifications Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Hands-on experience with Java , Node.js , or Python . Cloud Platforms: Practical knowledge of AWS , Azure , or GCP . Databases: Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Experience: 3+ years of backend development experience. Proven ability to design and develop scalable and secure applications. Exposure to agile development methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
