Project Support Intern
Location & workplace:
Jaipur — On-site internship role supporting project delivery teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project operations by tracking tasks, timelines, and dependencies to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain clear project documentation—status reports, meeting minutes, action logs, and project trackers—for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, QA, operations, and client contacts) to follow up on open items and escalate impediments promptly.
- Assist project managers in scheduling meetings, calling, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely distribution of materials and updates.
- Perform basic data collection, management and analysis to highlight risks, trends, and progress metrics for weekly status reviews.
- Help implement and maintain task tracking in tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello and ensure ticket hygiene and correct status tagging.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and client points of contact.
- Proficient with MS Excel (filters, tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
