Join our fast-paced, innovation-driven team and help shape the future of payments technology.Who Were Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Middleware Administrator with expertise in Kafka and RabbitMQ to manage, scale, and optimize messaging infrastructure in both on-prem and cloud environments.QualificationB.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from a reputed instituteKey ResponsibilitiesDeploy and manage Kafka clusters (on-prem & cloud-native)Administer RabbitMQ on UNIX/Cloud environmentsDevelop and manage Kafka connectors (JDBC, JMS, MQ, Elasticsearch, etc.)Monitor performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot issuesConfigure security (Kerberos, SSL), access lists, and cluster setupsAutomate deployments using Docker, Jenkins, GitLabWork closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA)Participate in design reviews, capacity planning, and performance tuning.Must-Have Skills3+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka and RabbitMQKafka architecture: brokers, zookeepers, schema registry, KSQL, REST ProxyStrong knowledge of messaging middleware (JMS, STOMP, AMQP)Kafka REST Proxy and stream processing platforms (e.g., AWS Kinesis, GCP Pub/Sub)Linux (preferably RHEL), scripting (Python/Java), and automation (Ansible)Shift flexibility & strong communication skillsGood-to-Have SkillsKubernetes & in-memory data systemsExposure to cloud environments (AWS MQ)Custom Kafka connector developmentFamiliarity with data ingestion and extraction techniques
