JBoss Middleware Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedJBoss Middleware Administratorto manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise middleware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inJBoss EAP ,Red Hat Middleware , and related technologies, with a strong background in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintainJBoss EAPservers in production and non-production environments. Manageapplication deployments ,patching , andupgradesacross environments. Monitor system performance and availability and proactively resolve issues. Implement and maintainhigh availability (HA)anddisaster recovery (DR)solutions. Automate routine tasks usingshell scripting ,Ansible , or other tools. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to support application lifecycle. Ensure security compliance and apply necessary hardening and updates. Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience inJBoss EAP administration . Strong knowledge ofLinux/Unix systemsand scripting. Experience withRed Hat JBoss Fuse ,WildFly , andApache Camelis a plus. Understanding ofnetworking ,SSL/TLS ,load balancing , andfirewall rules . Experience withmonitoring tools . Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred Certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in JBoss EAP Administration Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
