Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on End User Compute.Proven experience with Mobile Device Management tools such as JAMF Pro and VMWare Workspace One.JAMF 200 Certification or above requiredStrong knowledge of Identity Access Management fundamentalsExtensive experience with SaaS tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom & Atlassian.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.Apple Certification such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)Experience with innovative GenAI, Cloud, Zero Trust platforms (ChatGPT, AWS, Cloudflare to name a few)Experience supporting Cloud ZTNAs (eg Cloudflare), DLP, Endpoint Security solutions etc.
