We specialize in (briefly add your product/industry focus—e.g., sheet metal fabrication, industrial machinery, engineering solutions).Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven sales expertise to develop business, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities in target industrial sectors.- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos.- Coordinate with engineering & production teams to ensure timely deliveries.- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales.- Strong understanding of industrial products and processes.- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Willingness to travel within Karnataka and neighboring regions.Preferred Skills- Industrial B2B sales experience.- Ability to read CAD drawings & technical specifications.- Problem-solving and customer service orientation.What We Offer- Competitive salary + attractive incentives.- Career growth opportunities.- A collaborative and innovative work culture.How to Apply: Send your CV to or apply directly via LinkedIn.
