Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing client accounts, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include generating reports, analyzing sales data, coordinating with clients, and assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with the management team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 4-5 years in export sales only.
  • Client Account Management, Market Research, and Sales Strategy development skills
  • Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing sales data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client coordination
  • Ability to assist in planning and executing sales campaigns
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry is must.
