Job Summary:

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and other systems to provide guests with a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of resort premises, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Ensure timely repair and upkeep of lighting, elevators, generators, water systems, air-conditioning units, and fire safety equipment.

Maintain swimming pool, gardens, and landscaping equipment as required.

Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for timely rectification of guest complaints.

Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized maintenance work.

Keep records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repair logs, and spare parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in all maintenance work.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Support energy-saving initiatives and proper waste management practices.

Train and guide maintenance staff on safe work practices and technical skills.

Job Type: Full-time
