Job Description :


As an experienced SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant with 6-12 years of expertise, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP FICO modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze financial processes, and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities :


Implementation and Customization :

  • Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects from conception to completion.
  • Customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business requirements and ensure optimal system performance.

Financial Process Analysis :

  • Provide expert advice on best practices and recommend solutions to enhance financial processes.
Configuration and Integration :
  • Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

End-User Training:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users to resolve issues and optimize system usage.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide second and third-level support for SAP FICO issues, including analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests.
  • Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and updates.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP FICO configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for end-users.

Compliance and Best Practices :

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices; implement improvements accordingly.

Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules, IT, and business units.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions to provide SAP FICO expertise.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-12 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module configurations, integration, and best practices.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
