Job Description :

We are looking for a candidate in Microsoft Intune, who understands Windows and mobile operating systems to join our Infrastructure Operations team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of our Intune environment, including MDM and OS support.

This position will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining these systems to meet our organization's business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Maintain and operate endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, including policies, profiles, and applications.

- Maintain and create new Autopilot profiles for deployment to Windows 11 devices.

- Planning a Windows modernization project to move the company to Windows 11.

- Application and OS patch management for endpoint environment

- Oversee purchasing of equipment for Autopilot OEM registration.

- Create and maintain security policies within the MDM system in line with company security policies.

- Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.

- Develop and implement related automation solutions using PowerShell or other scripting languages.

- Define L1 and L2 troubleshooting steps for the Client team to use to support Intune-managed devices.

- Provide level 3 support for Intune-managed devices.

- Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and provide updates on progress.

- Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption.

- Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance and health of enrolled devices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :

- Expert in Windows OS architecture

- Advanced skill in Group Policy and Device Configuration Management.

- Good understanding of endpoint management tools. (MECM)

- Experience with Azure Active Directory

- Experience with Azure AD Connect

- Experience with Conditional Access policies and rules

- Experience with PowerShell scripting

- Experience with desktop OS deployment, imaging, and patching

- Experience with application packaging, installation, and patching via MECM tools

- Knowledge of built-in Microsoft desktop technologies, including BitLocker, Credential Guard, WSL, and Windows Hello for Business
